Pros: Work-life balance is great, with manageable deadlines. Stable company with strong market presence. Compensation is decent for freshers and mid-level engineers. Exposure to large-scale enterprise software. Opportunities to work with cloud technologies.

Cons: Career growth is slow, and promotions take time. Internal mobility is challenging due to bureaucracy. Limited learning opportunities exist in some teams. Pay raises are minimal unless you negotiate hard. Some projects use outdated technology stacks.

Pros: Having the Oracle brand value on your resume. They provide good machines to work with. I couldn't find any other pros besides these.

Cons: Trust me, I tried to keep it brief. 1. The so-called work-life balance is nearly gone; it depends on the team you work for. If you are in a fusion team, there is less chance that you will have work-life balance. 2. The long and redundant procedures ensure you take days to fix two lines of code, which decreases your learning curve a lot. 3. Nearly zero hikes. Here, the company is destroying itself. They are not able to keep their good performers and then they hire other employees who don't have any clue about the product. 4. Changing teams or projects is very, very difficult. 5. Lots of system testing is done by the developers because they are told that the testers are busy. Thus, you will be wasting your whole day testing an end-to-end flow in some random environment.

Pros: Good Work Culture and Products

Cons: Fewer appraisals and hike opportunities.
