Then there were two in-person interviews.

One had general aptitude questions, and the other was to write actual code.

Pros: Cabs are available post 8. It used to be a pro until the transport system got all messed up, and now you take 2 hours to reach home instead of 30 minutes. For the truly self-motivated, Oracle has a host of proprietary software you can learn and get certified for a discount.

Cons: Poor documentation of software development. No streamlined communication between managers and engineers. Low hikes and bonuses. Slow career growth.
