Process
Oracle Financial Services visited my campus for recruitment at their Bangalore branch. The interviews were conducted online via Zoom due to COVID-19.
The process involved an online assessment, followed by a technical interview and an HR interview.
Both interview panels were very friendly, and the entire process was wrapped up in a single day.
Questions
Technical Interview (1 hour 10 mins)
- DSA
- OOPS, implement polymorphism (diamond problem)
- 2 medium-level coding questions
- DBMS
- OS (Process synchronization and scheduling, deadlocks and avoidance (Banker's algorithm))
- A bit of CN
- Resume-based questions on projects and internship
HR Round (45-50 mins)
- How do you manage stress?
- Situational-based questions (conflicts with co-workers and product launch problem)
- Why Oracle? What sets you apart from other candidates?
