Oracle tech is amazing and works.
Cons: You will fight and compete on every level of the company.
Everyone is scared of layoffs always. Reps will call into your contacts and screw up relationships.
This behavior is encouraged by management.
You can’t pull resources fast enough to respond to customers. All resources are in India.
