Process
The interview process was so unclear and messy. They did not have the correct panel ready for the interview. I was the very first person they interviewed for the role. After the recruiter's screening, I had a telephonic interview with the senior architect.
I answered all his questions. There was no response from them for some time. I kept on following up with the recruiter every week. All she used to say is that the position was on hold and they were still interviewing people. After more than a month, she said they have moved on with other candidates.
