Process
I had applied to an online job posting for a position in Bengaluru. I got a call from the HR personnel for an initial screening and was shortlisted for an interview. Initially, the communication was very smooth, with no follow-ups required whatsoever.
This was a new team they were forming, which had to co-work with a US team.
After the first interview, which was held somewhere in November 2017, I received good feedback and was shortlisted for the second round. Email communication confirmed this, and the date was finalized.
However, it got postponed, and since then, there has been no communication back from HR, in spite of repeated follow-ups until February 2018.
This was a highly unprofessional way of handling the process, which is not acceptable.
