Cons: Supposedly, at Oracle, you can be whatever you want to be, but this is very far from reality. You work many, many hours. You don't have a regular bonus. Even when you fulfill the objectives, the bonus depends on the mercy of high management's convenience. You don't receive an increase on your salary. You are just a number for them, and no matter if you are working from the hospital or from the office, it's never enough.
