Process
There were two interviews. The first was an introduction, covering:

- Difficulties working with a team
- Feelings about working nights or weekends
- Experience with on-call support.
The second interview was technical, lasting 45 minutes. It was fast-paced and included many questions about performance, RAC, Data Guard, ASM, SQL tuning, and GoldenGate. It was a drill session.
