The process comprised three levels:

• An introductory interview with the recruiter.
• A main interview, which consisted of five 30-60 minute interviews, including two technical interviews, two with managers, and one with someone from the organization not directly linked to the role.
• An interview with the direct manager.

The compensation was then discussed, and I was offered very little for the work they expected of me. This was mostly because I hadn't negotiated and had provided a small figure from my previous company, which was well below average and entirely inadequate for a US corporation. This was the worst experience of the entire interview process.
