Oracle received my resume from Naukri. There were three rounds. The panel, from the UK and US, was establishing a new team in India.

My first round was a behavioral interview. The interviewer was very polite and allowed ample time for me to understand and answer questions. She asked about team management, my aspirations, and achievements.

The second round was a technical interview with the VP. He was also a very polite person. He introduced himself first and explained the role's expectations.

He asked two complex questions on data structures that I could not answer. It's worth noting that the job description did not explicitly mention a requirement for strong coding skills, but given the dev+ops nature of the role, I had prepared for data structure questions as well.

Overall, the interview experience was 👍.
