Process
Overall, the interviews were good. There were three: one with the lead and two with members of the team.
All of them were technical.
On the other hand, the recruitment process was slow, sloppy, and very disorganized. It was the main reason why I did not move forward with the offer.
At one point, a recruiter threatened me.

Cons: No hikes in the last 2 years. Amy, they will give you some stocks, but you will be able to use them after 1 year.
Long working hours (10 PM is normal, sometimes till 12 AM).

Pros: Global company and good benefits
Cons: There is no follow-up. India's leaders are not in constant communication. Their processes last over 6 months. If a family member dies and you ask for days off, they fire you within a week. They don't give you a chance to demonstrate capabilities. They give you 200 Mexican pesos of PTU.
