Process

I had a great conversation with the recruiter, who explained the interview process, information about the position, and so on. Then I had a conversation with the technical manager. I was rejected without a reasonable explanation.

After I started telling them about myself, the TM interrupted me, stating that he had a meeting and offered to call back in an hour.

I'm not sure, but that moment was definitely unpleasant.

Cons: Middle management sucks! Too many VPs and too much title inflation in the company. Product development is not assimilating the acquisitions well, while the sales and other sides of the business are doing a much better job handling acquisitions.
