Process
The interview process consisted of three rounds.
First, an interview with a recruiter.
Second, an interview with the hiring manager.
Third, all-day interviews, which included group activities and behavioral and situational interviews.
Overall, it was a good experience with a well-executed recruiting process.
Due to COVID-19, the interviews were conducted virtually. Normally, candidates are flown out to headquarters.
