Process

But I still haven't received the offer.
When I asked for the reason, they told me that due to business requirements, they have to keep me on hold.

Java Developer • Current Employee

Pros: Dependable, good benefits, flexibility in hours and work location.
Oracle is too big to fail, so it will keep on chugging regardless.
Cons: Takes forever to get anything done. The release mechanism is ridiculously complicated and time-consuming. Developers are hand-cuffed by process.
