I had one video call interview with two managers. One of them had technical knowledge.
The questions were very subjective and did not prove how strong a developer is. I have been successfully serving top clients on several Oracle APEX projects, and I am sure this last interview with Oracle was the worst way to select a strong developer.
Questions
They ask you to rate your expertise from 0 to 10 about Oracle APEX and every related technology. They made only one specific question about PL/SQL.
