Two technical rounds took place.
The first round focused on Java and Selenium questions.
As the job position was for complete automation testing, no questions were asked about manual testing.
The second round involved writing a program in Java, along with unit tests for that program.
A simple Selenium program was then requested, followed by a couple of XPath questions.
Write a Java program for adding numbers from 1 to 10.
Write unit tests to test the above program. The interviewer focused more on these unit tests. We have to write all possible scenarios to test the Java program.
Write a Selenium program to automate a web page.
Write an XPath to identify an element.
