Process

I met with a representative at my school's career fair. They were very approachable and not intimidating at all.

I received correspondence about the position a few days later. After some communication, the representative scheduled a phone interview with me for about a week later. This allowed for a decent amount of time to prepare.

When the time finally came, I was interviewed by somebody new. The questions were very technical, with some behavioral.

The interview was conducted via phone and Google Docs, which was interesting. After it concluded, I only had to wait a week to hear back.

Overall, it was swift and pleasant. I never felt intimidated or discouraged.
