Are candidates from reputed MNC-level companies being called for interviews, only to be asked fun questions?
The interview process was very bad. If you are interviewing for any automation testing role, irrespective of QTP/UFT, they kept asking Java concepts and expecting knowledge of Java's internal behavior.
For example, even though Selenium is the primary tool, some Java knowledge is required to perform tasks. However, they were asking questions solely focused on Java, like they would for Java developers.
In such cases, why are they calling testers? They should just call for Java developers instead.
