Two rounds of interviews were conducted. The interviewers were friendly and casual, including HR.

The drawback is that you accept interviews for X packages. Once you go through the discussions and get selected, they provide 'W' as the package, which is less than X and, overall, less than what you were receiving.

I'm not sure if anyone in 2021 accepted a job offer 5% less than what they currently draw (I offered 2% less, and they said there was a discussion to reduce it further :-D). Perhaps only those who are desperate would do that.

My kind suggestion is to get everything written down before attending the interview, or otherwise, it is a waste of time on both sides.

They offer good medical insurance, but the take-home pay and superannuation are very low. Historically, there have been no yearly increments, so be careful before you sign.

Perhaps it is a good place for university beginners.
