Pros: Well-managed and good company environment, with a bit of a siloed work style.
Cons: Even if the next cubicle is silently fired, you won't even get to know; such a silent company it is.
If a manager is a long-stayer (like 14 years), they would bring you under PIP before firing.
"Follow the boss, or no life" is the mantra.
The HR team is the most dumbest, as they have no role to play or stop or convince the manager once they have decided to fire. HR just follows dumb instructions from the manager.
Again, it all depends on where you end up.
In general, the most experienced manager is also the most difficult person to work with, as they are well-versed with politics.
