Oracle contacted me via a recruitment agency. Initially, I had to undergo an aptitude test of 50 marks, consisting of logical reasoning and quant sections.

After two days, I received a call for a face-to-face interview in a 7-star hotel in Kolkata. The interview round was pretty lengthy, extending to 1.5 hours (phew!). There was a panel of two senior interviewers who mainly asked questions from my resume.

The company was kind and generous enough to arrange a free buffet for all the interviewees (over 100).

Once the interview was finished, I was called for the second round the next day. The second round was one-to-one with the India VP of Oracle. He asked several puzzles, management, and leadership questions.

There was no formal HR round. Only my current and expected CTC information was taken over the telephone.
