Senior QA Engineer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India
Process
The process comprised of 4 rounds: 2 technical, 1 management, and 1 HR.
The first technical round was telephonic and lasted for 3 hours. After clearing this round, I was called for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview occurred with the Director (assessing technical and management skills) and the Onshore Manager (assessing telephonic and management skills). Some days later, HR called for a final discussion.

Questions were asked from performance testing, LoadRunner, Java, DB, and SQL queries.
