After that first round of interview, where there were three Java questions on screen sharing and a few verbal questions, it went on for an hour.

Then came the second round of interview, which again involved a few Java questions on screen share and a few verbal questions on all technologies I have mentioned in my resume.

Both of these happened on the same day.

The next day, a managerial round occurred, where I was asked about my location preference and salary expectations. I agreed to what they proposed.

But after that, HR ghosted me.

I don't understand the culture of ghosting. Either they can inform us on a call or they can drop a formal email stating that our candidature is declined.
