2. Equality and not much politics.
3. Wide things to learn.
4. Excellent trainings from Oracle University.
5. The lump package at the time of joining.
6. Care for the employee.
7. Good company to settle in the later years.
Cons: 1. Yearly hikes are low.
2. Cost cutting in few areas.
3. Growth is a little tough after a certain extent.
4. Not for freshers and those who are at the initial phase of their career.

Pros: You will get challenges and opportunities to work with. You'll find talented people to work with. It's a good place to hang around for some time.
Cons: Not much salary hike. Folks are not happy with compensation benefits. Salary growth is sometimes absent and mostly very, very low. Work pressure is too much.
