I had three levels of interview:

• Technical
• Manager level
• Director level

I spent at least one hour in dedicated discussion at each level. The first round was purely technical and did not even include the usual "Introduce yourself" question.

The manager and director levels were completely the other way. It was a very casual discussion about what I was expecting in terms of knowledge and my career goals.

I did not have a formal HR discussion round. I was offered what I had quoted as my expectation.
