The initial on-site interview was conducted directly without a phone screen. They were holding a recruitment event with multiple candidates and decided to proceed with a five-round on-site process. Overall, the process was acceptable. The recruiter was friendly and prompt with the results.

One significant point to note is that the interviewers were some of the rudest I have ever experienced. They laughed when I made a small mistake during a programming exercise. The overall behavior of the interviewers was extremely rude.

This experience was for the Oracle Cloud Security team. I understand Oracle is a large company, but this kind of attitude reflects the type of peers I would potentially have, and that is not how people want to be treated. I will never interview with Oracle again.
