We had a phone call about the position and the process, and I scheduled the first interview.

I was interviewed by two people. One of them was a terrible interviewer; he was very impatient and almost aggressive. He interrupted me during the first two lines of coding just because a variable name wasn't reflected (enough) in the part of the suggested algorithm, and then he started an argument about where it fit my algorithm. Who does that in an interview?! He clearly misses the concept that the interview is a two-way street. Even if you are the most prestigious workplace in the world (which isn't the case), if you don't have patience during the interview, which might be very stressful for some people, why would you have more during day-to-day work?
