Site Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington

Process

I had two technical round coding interviews, which I cleared. I was called onsite in January 2020.

The whole process was messed up from the start because I repeatedly told them I was interviewing for an SRE role, and they kept interviewing me for an SDE role. I reached out to their scheduling team after the interview and expressed my frustration for wasting my time.

Questions

First n ugly numbers.

(Ugly numbers are those whose factors are only 2, 3, and 5.)

Find all representations of an n-digit phone number.

For example, on a keypad, 2 maps to 2ABC, 3 maps to 3DEF, and so on. So for an input number 573, the output would be JPE, JQE, KQD, etc.

Given an n*n square matrix, replace all 1s with 0s and 0s with 1s which matches the given conditions.

Add two numbers without using addition.
