I applied and was interviewed.

There was only one round (Technical + Managerial).

The interview went well, but I didn't receive any communication for 1.5 months. I contacted HR, but she did not reply.

After sending 2-3 emails, she finally replied that my feedback was pending from the hiring manager (after 1.5 months). A few days later, when I again inquired about my candidature status, she directly sent me an email stating: "Thank you for taking the time to participate in our interview process. We enjoyed the opportunity to interact with you and appreciate your interest in a career at Oracle, India.

After careful consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed any further with your candidature at this time."

Dear HR representatives, at least respond in a timely manner to those who have been interviewed.

When we have a good interview, we expect a call, not these delayed and generic replies.

Please consider changing these trends. This is a request.

It is disheartening to have a great interview with no follow-up.
