At first, the company conducted an OA. After the OA results, around 50 people were selected for the interview. Then, three rounds of interviews and HR followed. After that, 16 people were selected from our college.
Questions

Pros: It was great to learn and work here. Backend work is a lot, and you'll get to learn new things, which is good if you are a fresher. The pay is good if you negotiate well.
Cons: Work isn't that flourishing for frontend because they have their already developed product, OJET, which is being reused in the frontend.
Too much politics are in place to even get a chance to advance in the long run.

Pros: Great work-life balance, good managers, and remote work for a few teams.
Cons: Old tech stack, no hikes. Late-night working hours if the team is from outside. Recently, Oracle has done crazy layoffs.
