Pros: Work from home is available in many teams. Flexible schedule, medical insurance, brand name, internal technical meetings (brown bags), and a good chance to get Java news earlier.
Cons: Salary is not so high. Salary increases once a year (or more rarely). Bureaucracy is extremely high.
