The on-shore team never wants to collaborate with off-shore and they are not friendly. They want to dominate, even though there are no mistakes in your code. 5. No team-building activity. This makes you feel alone in your team if you joined newly, and no one supports you with minimum information. etc....

Pros: Gran flexibilidad y aprendizaje, en función del equipo.

Cons: Las prestaciones y aumentos no son de las mejores actualmente. La PTU es prácticamente inexistente a pesar de los buenos resultados fiscales.

Pros: Some areas offer full remote modality.

Cons: No raises. Overtime is not paid.
