Process
The process was a one-day event with written and two technical interviews. After clearing all rounds, HR called after three days to submit documents. Their process is very, very slow; it took months for them just to release the intended offer. Still, after two months, they told me it was in pending status. After two and a half months, they said it was on hold.
One suggestion: don't just wait for their offer; they will take months and might not release one, citing a hiring freeze.
Oracle is the worst in recruitment and giving hikes. Please try for other better Fortune 500 companies.
