Managers usually don't micromanage, and employees are given their space (this depends on the manager as well).
Amenities include:

* Table-tennis tables
* Pool and billiards
* Cricket nets
* Basketball and Volleyball court
Cons: Some teams have daily status calls with peers in the US, often in the evenings, which can cut into personal time.
Work is not challenging enough; it tends to get repetitive and mundane.
