For the phone interview, they asked me about my current work experience and why I wanted to change careers from testing to developing.

The interview process is as follows:

• First, a phone interview.
• Then, a technical phone interview, which will include writing code on a shared screen while talking.
• Last is the onsite interview, which is usually 4 hours long with 4-5 rounds.

The technical interview was conducted over the phone, utilizing a screen-sharing tool for coding.

The question asked was to find the kth smallest element in a Binary Search Tree (BST).

Additionally, I was asked to improve the complexity of the solution.

The interview lasted 30 minutes.
