The interviewer was judgmental and had half the knowledge. They did not ask questions on my most rated skills.
The interviewer was egotistical. They asked questions which were not solvable and expected me to create a fully functional distributed database during the interview.

Pros: - Smart and very savvy senior leadership team.
- Best tech CEO in the world.
- You get to work with a bunch of very sharp software engineers.
- With all the recent companies acquired by Oracle, there are tons of opportunities to work with a very broad range of technologies.
Cons: - poor middle management
- demanding work hours
- poor benefits package
- few vacation days
- compensation package is fair or below average for similar type companies
