Process
I had given a telephonic interview. It was very good.
But after that, I didn't receive any calls from HR nor from the manager. I followed up so many times.
However, HR and managers of some departments lack professionalism and don't update feedback after numerous follow-ups. I am getting a call from HR to give a fresh interview without updating my old feedback.
Some managers and HR in Hyderabad are acting with their own monopoly, which causes the company to be blamed. The company should take action to correct the process.
