Pros: Work-life balance is good. There is no work pressure.
Cons: Some managers force you to be back at the office, even though you don't want to work from the office. Getting your desired work location is not easy. There was no hike throughout my division over the last appraisal cycle. Getting to work on a desired technology is also hard to get. They will change your teams without even consulting you. You will be informed that you have been changed to a new team.
