The typical interview process involves HR reaching out, followed by the Hiring Manager's round. I underwent eight rounds of interviews, and all eight interviewers asked the same set of questions in the same order.
After the eighth round, I informed them that I could not proceed with further rounds. The HR understood that they might lose me and finally extended an offer.
