Pros: Good job security. Good work-life balance. Less micromanagement. Work-from-home flexibility.

Cons: Pay sucks very badly. Freshers get more hikes initially who were on-campus recruited than laterals who joined with 4-6 years of experience. There needs to be approval from the manager for everything, whether it may be training professionally or internally. It is a retirement company where employees don't have the zeal to do their work interestingly. Managers are partial to their bootlickers. There is no professional growth. Internal team transfers are completely dependent on managers, even though policies say other things. Work-from-home flexibility is partial again, mostly given only to girls as it requires manager approval.

Pros: Very good for work-life balance.

Cons: Hikes – don't expect much hiking. It will happen once in two years.

Pros: Great work environment, realistic deadlines, fun team events, good salary.

Cons: No cons for working at Oracle.
