There were basically two interviews: Technical and HR.
The Technical interview was the one that mattered a lot. They were basically stressing analytical and thinking skills, whether the candidate could think and come to an optimal solution.
My decent ranks in online competitive programming were an added advantage, and so all the questions asked were puzzles. Some were asked to check C/C++ concepts, depending on your resume.
