Pros: Very flexible work hours. Ideal for married people who have family obligations. Very little workload. Friendly coworkers.
Cons: An aging company that lacks innovation. Big corporate inefficiency is also noticeable, as I couldn't start working during the first week because the company laptop hadn't arrived yet. Work may not seem interesting enough for young people. The products are too old.
