Pros: The people you work with every day are very friendly and humble. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and settled in the organization. People help each other to grow and succeed.
Despite the technical challenges faced every day, the engineers have a good work-life balance.
We deliver solutions in phases and smaller iterations rather than a "Big Bang" approach and waiting for a long incubation period, which helps us being agile and flexible to respond to changing consumer expectations.
