Software Engineer Interview Experience - New Delhi, India
Process
Very rude behavior.
I received a call from a recruiter/HR asking for an online interview the next day around 3:30 PM. I suggested rescheduling it before or after office hours, but the recruiter was very rude and said it was not possible.
How can someone give an interview during office hours? There were no time adjustments offered.
I doubt the culture of this company.
