The first round is a general cultural fit interview. The second interview includes technical tests and whiteboard questions. The manager I met with was friendly and warm.

A different topic, their interview process is similar to others in the industry, where they try to decide if you're a good fit within only two hours. They will dismiss you if you don't demonstrate that you're the amazing developer they're looking for within that timeframe, even though they are usually the ones asking the questions. This is a common issue I've encountered with other large companies: they decline candidates for lacking a skill they haven't properly assessed.

A small tip for applicants to this company: if you check their employee list, you'll notice that the majority of their staff are locals. If you are a foreigner, it might be better to apply elsewhere.

I would personally give negative feedback to any company that doesn't assess my skills properly (or companies that suggest they are looking for juniors but then seek more senior candidates). However, I've left it neutral here because their HR manager was nice enough to ask the interviewers for feedback or the reason for my application's decline. She did a great job following up, and I hope all employers in our industry adopt this positive attitude and spirit to respect their candidates' time and feelings by at least providing some form of feedback. This would also help to eliminate the imposter syndrome they can cause to candidates.
