First, a phone screening with one manager, followed by a final technical round with two Software Engineers.
Overall, it's an easy process, but NetSuite specifically is a heavy subject and requires good coding knowledge.

Cons: Next-level micromanagement. We literally had to track every single hour, like we were billing by the minute. Nothing says ‘trust’ like a daily timesheet that looks like a surveillance report.
