Pros: Very secure job. Immense flexibility. You can work from home as much as you want. Excellent gym in HQ.

Cons: * No bonus at all, even if you have worked for many years. Negligible pay hike if you are lucky. * Very frugal environment. Don't expect any extra single penny beyond your paycheck. The new CEO/President is trying her best to save every single dime. * Very slow moving. Everybody tries to cover their backs. * Many unmotivated employees who just want to hang in there and collect their paychecks. * Oracle has a tendency to keep buying companies, so not a single good quality product is developed in-house.

Pros: Work-Life Balance Good food Nice cafeteria

Cons: Slow-moving environment. Old-school corporation.

Pros: Good salary and Medicare plan.

Cons: Not good holidays and stocks.
