Process
I faced three basic data structure and algorithm questions. I came up with some answers, but they wanted a more refined solution.
The first phone interview went great, but the technical screen-sharing portion that followed was with someone who was impatient and didn’t seem to want to be there.

Enjoy the work, but not the pay

Pros: Most people at OCI complain about their work, but the team I am on is very fun. So, I am lucky in that regard.
Cons: However, they lie a lot about promotions coming up.
After waiting 2 and a half years for promotions "due to covid", I was very unfairly compensated despite being promoted to a new level and getting a high rating for my performance.
