Pros: The company will provide you with multiple tools for you to take advantage of and to develop into an all-around engineer.
You will have access to a lot of knowledge base documentation (books, etc.).
Cons: The organization's structure, policies, and culture will sometimes make you feel a bit lonely, mostly if you are European working for an American corporation for the first time.

It's okay. Typical bland big corporation
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Broomfield, Colorado, United States
August 9, 2015
Pros: Pretty flexible with working from home or office.
They also offer tuition reimbursement towards a master's degree, which is helpful.
Average pay.
Cons: Pay increases and bonuses are almost nonexistent. With such a big company, unfortunately, that means a ton of spam email from various parts of the company, which provides no value.
