Pros: There are various intern workshops and social events. The intern management team invited leaders of the company to share their experience and advice. The social events are fun. Oracle supports a fully remote work scheme. There were no hard restrictions on the working hours as long as I got the job done. The colleagues are friendly and helpful. They paid me full respect even though I was just an intern.

Cons: Because Oracle supports a fully remote scheme, colleagues may be in areas with a huge time zone difference. In my case, I have colleagues on the other side of the globe, which sometimes makes it hard and less efficient to communicate promptly.

Pros: - Good colleagues - Good benefits - Good atmosphere - Healthcare - Good work-life balance

Cons: - Intranet is a mess; can't find anything on it. - Latest selling Oracle technology is not available for dev teams naturally; there's a cumbersome approval process for it. - Yearly goals are not really set and tracked; the advancement process is shady at best. - Salaries never increase unless you rank up or change position, which is not discussed how to do so. - Dev teams are spread out around the entire globe, from the West US to India, making cooperation very ineffective.

Pros: Everyone was really nice. Work culture was relatively chill. My mentor and manager cared and taught a lot. I got my own office.

Cons: The campus was still under construction, and many amenities and the cafeteria were unavailable.
